Chat Live with an IT Agent Now Available

Did you know team members now have the option to chat with a live IT Service Desk agent regarding your IT issues? Here’s how to use this new feature:

Help is Available 24×7

Chat Live is now available 24×7. That means you can now chat with a live IT Service Desk Agent about your IT issues through the Service Central Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What can I use the Live Chat for?

Live chat is available for any IT issue you may be experiencing. Please note, for larger IT issues or to verify your identity, an IT representative may call you.

If you step away from your live chat for over 10 minutes, you will receive a prompt asking if you are still there. After two prompts, your live chat will automatically cancel.

How to access Live Chat

Access ServiceCentral by searching “My Mission IT” on Citrix or on New MOD under the Account & Portal Links toolbar. Once you’re on ServiceCentral you will see an option to “live chat with IT.”
