Mark Your Calendar for Annual Benefits Enrollment – This is your opportunity to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in benefits for the upcoming year. You will receive a highlights brochure in the mail, but your full enrollment kit (including pricing) will only be available online. During your enrollment period, November 1-18, go to HCAhrAnswers.com, click Benefits: HCA Rewards and select Benefits Enrollment Center to view benefits details and pricing. Then, click the Enroll Now button to make your elections on the BConnected website.
Be sure to enroll by November 18 or you will receive default coverage – and you may pay more. If you don’t enroll by November 18, your benefits will not be activated with providers by January 1.
Please remember that you receive maximized in-network benefit coverage when you utilize providers who are part of the Mission Health Partners (MHP) network. Due to a variety of reasons, some practices may be unwilling or unable to meet the network’s quality standards and thus choose to leave it each year. We encourage you to review with your physician offices if they are, and will continue to be, part of MHP. For instance, as of January 1, 2023, The Family Health Centers P.A. and Community Family Practice opted to no longer participate in MHP’s value-based network, and thus will be Out of Network for Mission’s employee health plans effective January 1, 2023. Please see this list of healthcare providers, updated to reflect those that may not accept your plan for next year.
