2023 Code of Conduct Refresher Training
As of January 1, all employees were assigned the 2023 Code of Conduct Refresher Training Equivalent. Please check your “To Do” tab in HealthStream to locate this very important assignment. This training reflects on key components of our mission and values and how they impact our daily work. Three vignettes will focus on communication, empathy and teamwork. Scenario videos will demonstrate how our commitment to care is evident in our communication with each other and our patients; how understanding one another’s perspectives impacts our empathy toward patients, colleagues and ourselves; and our commitment to teamwork is essential to providing compassionate care and service. Don’t wait – we encourage all team members to complete this training soon.
Also, please note:
- This training is available in English and Spanish.
- In a revision to the Code of Conduct and Distribution policy (EC.011), newly hired employees will only receive the Code of Conduct Orientation course during the year they were hired and will receive the Refresher Code training in successive years. In the past, new employees hired before September 1 were required to take both orientation and refresher courses.
