*MCP: Generic drugs are $0 at Mission and Optum Rx Network pharmacies. Preferred brand drugs have no deductible at Mission pharmacies.
*HSP: Must meet health plan deductible, then coinsurance applies. Generic drugs are $0 at Mission and Optum Rx Network Pharmacies after the health plan deductible has been met.
