Nurse Care is a network of experts from Charles Nechtem Associates, a nurse assistance program administrator with 35 years of experience providing services to caregivers. They are licensed psychologists, social workers, alcohol and drug counselors, and marriage and family therapists who have the experience and connections to give you a hand with whatever you need.
Nurse Care is always available.
You can call (800) 480-1234 at any time.
Here’s how Nurse Care works.
You have free access to unlimited phone support. When you call, a counselor will help identify your options and work with you to develop a plan. If your concern is more serious or if you prefer to see someone in person, your counselor will help you find a therapist near where you live or work. The program includes three free face-to-face sessions with a specialist.
What is the cost?
There is no cost to you for Nurse Care counseling services. Your medical plan benefits may provide coverage for any additional services, if needed.
Will anyone find out I called?
Absolutely not. Information is only released if the caller provides permission or causes the counselor to believe he/she is a danger to himself/herself or others — which results in a legal requirement to release information.
